We ran a 2 mile warm up and then ran 2 X 800 @ 3200 M race pace, 4 X 400 @ 1600 M race pace, and 2 X 200 M @ 800 M race pace. Hit all my splits and felt pretty tired after.

PM: 12 miles

Ran from my house to Wasatch and then up Bell Canyon Reservoir. From there I came down Pepperwood and ran around the cemetery finishing at 12 miles. Had a great run and felt great. 6 striders after the run.

Ran a 3 mile warmup and then ran 10 X 300 M @ 51 sec with the last two at 48 sec. Afterwards we ran a 1 mile cool down. I then spent the rest of the day aeration lawns
