Started with a 3 mile warm up on the track and then ran the McDonalds loops 3 times. First super easy, second time very very hard, and then the third time easy again. My time for the second lap was a 10:50.

Had an amazing 2 mile race today. It was my first time ever racing it and I felt strong. After that I did a 4 mile cool down on a trail and then got ready for the 400. I didn't do as well in the 400, I ran a :59 and then did another 4 mile cool down, so I got some good mileage in today.

Today I decided to do an aerobic exercise so I swam instead of running. I swam 4100 ft in 30 min and then ended the night with 50 push ups and sit ups.

I did 8 easy miles on the Beach. I wasn't feeling very good because my body was shot from yesterday's workout. My cool down was fishing a couple of chairs out of the pool that the wind and blew in.
