| Today we started with a 10 min warm up and then ran 12 200s. The first 6 were at a 32s pace, the next 4 at a 30s pace, and then the last two as hard as you could.

| Today was a nice speed/anerobic excersie. We started with a 2 mile warmup and then ran 4X400. The first one was max effort, the 2-4th were 3 seconds slower than your first one.

| Had a good day at region today, and I PR'd in the mile by 4 seconds which is really good. I hope tommorrow I can do the same for the 2 mile. After my race I ran 4 miles with Murphy as a cool-down

| I was a little disappointed with the race today. I ran a 10:26 when really I should be running 10:10, and I know that its a mental block and not a physical block, but hopefully I can get over that during the summer. On the bright side though I out sprinted a kid from Tim the last 5 meters. Overall, I was pretty happy about the meet with me PRing in the mile and running my PR in the 2 mile. Because this was my last race I was thinking about the beginning of the year when my mile PR was a 5:12 (now a 4:45) and my 2 mile PR was a 11:06 (now a 10:25). Looking back, I'm really happy about the progress I made throughout the season. Hopefully next year will go as well of better.

| Ran 20 min easy to prepare for JV region. After I also did 20 leg presses. 10 with 50 lb and 10 with 60 pounds.

| So the 1 mile didn't go as planned, neither did the 800 I ran. I ran a 2:20 800, not the best. I'm starting to like the 800 and I want to get really good at it so I can run relays with it.

| Ran at my old Junior High's Fun run today and won by at least 2 min. It was a weird experience running a 5k because I'm so used to track, but I liked it.

| Got a new goal from Murph to run 800 miles between Memorial Day and Labor Day. This requires 10 miles a day, 6 days a week. It's going to be challenging, but I'm very sure I will be able to do it.
