Today Was a workout that I really enjoyed. We ran 2 X 1200 M, 2 X 800 M, and 2 X 400 M. We were supposed to run these at race pace, but you can only go by feel. I felt really good and now I feel like I can do well for Region.

We had a 30 min run and then went to the weight room. The weight room workout was to just do what you wanted so I did some pushup, situps, box jumps, dead lifts, and military presses.

We got to run with Blake today. We ran a 1 mile warm up then 5 X 800s at 5k race pace (I took it faster) and then ran a 1.5 mile cool down. Blake helped me push it so I was able to hit my splits fast which I liked.
