PM: 8.5 miles + Core Workout and Leg Strengthening
Ran a lonely 8.5 miles in 60 min, averaging a 7:10 mile pace. Afterwards I ran 6 striders. Later in the night I did a core workout with some leg strengthening. Kept it relativly easy so that I can build it up.
