Began running  again in 2009 to maintain my weight.  I happened on to this blog about the same time and have been reading  fairly regularly.  If you've written a race report, I've read it.  Thanks for the insight.

Still sore and tight from Saturday's run. Only managed enough motivation for 3.5 on the TM. Simulated an 800 on the TM. It was way too hard to only manage a 3:30.

After work on the TM. Before Christmas I had the place to myself and could use speakers for my ipad instead of earbuds. Now the gym is busy until after 7pm.

Outbound 7 miles: 8:13 / 7:51 / 8:15 / 8:45 / 8:40 / 8:49 / 8:46 AP: 8:28

Inbound 7 miles: 8:28 / 8:45 / 8:48 / 8:51 / 8:39 / 9:08 / 9:12 AP: 8:50

Stronger run than last week. Still faded a little at the end but not nearly as much as last week.
