| | Group run with the Cedar River Runners. Lake Wilderness lodge out and back on the Cedar River trail. Outbound 7 miles AP: 8:12 8:36 / 7:57 / 8:16 / 8:13 / 8:02 / 8:12 / 8:09. Inbound 7 miles AP: 8:15 8:02 / 7:51 / 7:59 / 8:12 / 8:10 / 8:47 / 8:50. Kind of tanked the last 2 uphill miles. Huge group (10 runners) went the entire 14 miles. | Add Comment |
| | Lake Youngs Trail counterclockwise. Easy pace. Hard core conditions. Steady and periodic heavy rain showers. That always makes the east side of the trail muddy. Just have to embrace the puddles. The footing gets poor on that section so if you try to avoid the puddles you're likely to snap an ankle. Here in Seattle I tend throw my running shoes in the washer atleast once a week. | Add Comment |
