sorry I have gotten so far behind on blogging. combination of things, including more physical and mental fatigue after TOU than I expected, then aggravated my achilles and calf again while running in Bethesda last week so I am just kind of taking it easy.  nice to have a day off today for USU fall break, I needed that. enjoying the great weather here, wondering if fall is ever going to come this year?

You'll be fine Scott. Everyone's season (and career) has its ebbs and flows.

I'm enjoying this weather while its lasting!

Take your time Scott. You're a hard worker.

I always have a period of doldrums after a marathon too. I don't know why. This time around I scheduled a low-key half marathon a month after the marathon to keep me motivated and it's worked pretty well so far.

WOW, you have not posted for a bit. Not only has fall come, but winter has struck with a vengeance!

Hope all is well!!!

Scott - you remind me of a former branch president I met on my mission. He had a pack of smokes in his shirt pocket. I could see into his bosom. He said that he plans on coming back to the church some day. "Lo tengo todo bien planeado." he said. "I have all my garments folded up nicely in a box in the attic for when I come back."

I am glad my comeback is much anticipated. The drama, the build up, the anticipation-pure electricity. Kind of like Brent Farvee though I won't be switching teams. my big comeback may start as soon as next Saturday. depending on how I feel.....
