I really can't get too excited about running in this weather. So I just did an easy 4 in the fieldhouse on the 220 track with some 110 pickups to avoid dying of sheer boredom. this may be all the kind of running I do for awhile, I don't have the energy or interest in getting out in this cold anymore.

Scott, you just need to go down to Sports Authority and get you one of those under armor ninja-looking face masks. You will automatically feel 20 times cooler and 10 times more stealthy and that alone is motivation enough to get out and run. Just so you can run in it and laugh at the looks you get from people.
