I am thinking I am pushing too hard right after a half marathon? but I foolishly attempted intervals anyway. was planning 1200s on the track. ran one, then Neal showed up and I thought we were going to keep doing 1200s but he went 1600. So I did 3 1600s and then one 1200. But i had a really hard time and was totally wiped out. the strong wind didnt help. I never thought much about half marathon recovery but it probably isn't a bad idea? I may need to take tomorrow off or do the pool or something to recover

recovery is good. nice intervals, especially in the wind. that was SOME wind today. great job on saturday, BTW. sounds like it was a fun race!
