so how are you coming on your goal of avoiding total burnout lately?

Aaron, just taking it easy this week with the end in sight and looking forward to starting to run trails after TOU. I figure have had enough of the road racing scene for awhile. Kings peak next year!!

nine strides. nice. you will be able to hit the trails soon enough! good luck this weekend. i really wish i were running it.
also, thanks for the 5k suggestion. i probably won't be in cache valley that weekend, but you never know. always good to have options. thanks again.

Kings Peak next year for me, too!!!!
Nest of luck to you this weekend, I hope to run into you somewhere. Whatcha wearing? Any funny long socks or chicken heads?

Kelli, I haven't decided what to wear yet. fashion is my life you know.... well, I will probably wear my FRB singlet and trademark red bandana anyway.
Allie, bummer you aren't running the half this year. weather is looking good with a strong tailwind in the forecast! Let me know if you want me to try to get Kris to add you in. I bet she would if I asked.

scott - thanks for the offer. that is nice of you. but it just doesn't work into the plans this year. enjoy the tailwind, and make sure to tell it to come back in three weeks :)

Well, I will be in my Scottish outfit (as Cal has named it)---red plaid skirt with white knee high socks (they are compression socks, I am not a dork or anything). Cheer me in as you are basking in your glorious finish a good FOREVER before me!!!
