Joe, great, I am trying to get back on a Saturday long run schedule, may go out this afternoon, don't know if you have run yet. I am also interested in tempo/interval runs too if you have time during the week. Maybe the track will clear off soon with this thaw?

Dang, I should have checked earlier. I just barely got back from my run. Maybe next saturday we can get something together. Tuesdays are probably my best day during the week. I don't have class that day except for from 12:30 to 1:30. This thursday I don't have a lab so I will be out at 11:30. Other than that I'm done around 3.
