4 x 1 mile intervals on the track at noon, just in time for the big storm blast of wind,  rain, sleet and hail. lucky me. 6:02, 5:56, 6:02, 5:58. gradually inching down on those 1 mile times.... gotta shave another 15 seconds off by Bolder Boulder I hope.

nice workout, especially so soon after a race. way to stick it out through the storm. do you know if the speed group that was meeting last summer/fall is still in existence?

Allie, thanks. our USU group has kind of fallen apart as of late but hopefully will get back on track (pun?) soon. What's your schedule like these days? we need to start doing some trackwork together, alot easier than doing it alone.
