Depends on how bad the air is... maybe you guys have it worst than we do... but often times, the pros of running in moderatly bad air outweigh the cons...

interesting article- air got real bad here friday and saturday. I could feel it in my lungs, yucuk. not looking forward to the winter inversions

Try taking your runs to USU's treadmills or their indoor track. It can be boring at first, but it beats breathing in all the pollution. And after a while it becomes not so boring (probably just how running was after you started).
