I assume you've seen Paul's pace chart:

hey thats pretty cool, I hadn't seen it,thanks! now I just need to figure out how to program all those splits into my garmin to chase the little guy for each split. or write them on my arm. or just follow Allie and let her figure them out...

From RivertonPaul on Wed, Sep 15, 2010 at 16:58:30 from 67.42.27.114

Allie just wrote them on her arm in marker in 2008.

From Scott Ensign on Wed, Sep 15, 2010 at 17:00:30 from 129.123.3.31

if we can convince her to tattoo them on her arm it will be helpful. all the splits for each goal pace between 2:25 and 3:05. let me take it up with her. do you know any tattooists?

paul - nice circulation of that chart today :)

yes, i have tattooed my arms with mile splits in the past and i will gladly do it again. but i am only willing to deface one arm...

shake that cold!

Jon said something once about how he just remembered the splits for every 5 miles. That way it's only 5 splits to remember. You could probably even just pick key locations like the half, the turn onto hollow road, start of the hill in millville, etc. I don't know, but I won't be attempting to memorize 26 mile splits. That's way too much like trying to memorize the periodic table. haha

Also, good luck with the cold. Better start chugging the orange juice. :)
