Met Adam, Fritz, and Nate at the U for a workout I ended with three up and down and 6.5 in the workout 2x400 (76,76) 2x800(2:37, 2:39), 2x1600 (5:36, 5:35), 2x800 (2:40, 2:40), 2x400 (77, 74) didn't feel near as good as last week but some descent efforts.
