7.1 Easy run around Liberty, the place I feel the race most is in my knees.  I think I'll end up working out Thursday in Liberty so I can have access to a softer surface. Something like 2 by 3 mile tempo or some such.

6.3 Another easy run around the aves. Feeling ok, starting to bounce back.

I think breaking up the workout like that is very smart. That way, if there are any remnants of the 1/2 causing trouble, you'll know during the recovery period and won't have run a really long effort damaging anything further.

Are you gonna run the Leopards 5K or do a longer run this Saturday? If its the latter, I'm back in the game now and will join you guys.

As of now I think I'll get a lot more out of a long run. Leopards will crush my legs with that steep downhill. Don't know about Scott or Fritz.

Alright cool, we'll try to set something up then. I agree, no point in completely ripping your quads apart in March. Do that in April.
