All about that pace.

6:00am 2Corinthians 1-3

I planned on 12+ today, but we're going to Kym's parents house earlier than I thought. I met Preston in Steilacoom Park and just ran around the Oakbrook loop with him. The pace felt a lot faster than it was today.

Plans changed and Kym wanted to go for a short run. We ran across Steilacoom Park and half way up Farwest hill. On the way back my son Jake met us in the park running(almost a mile away from home) and ran back with us. He couldn't have picked a better way to tell mom happy mother's day!

8:00am 1Peter3 - Revelation 22

I left in a crummy mood again today so I decided I'd just run until I felt better or could not go any farther. I ran the same route as yesterday and was feeling much better(and nearly exhausted) by mile 15, a few minutes later I finished Revelation on my MP3 player. I was still 2 miles from home so I tried to keep the pace up and make it a "long" run. I finished the route and then ran about 1/4 of the way around our condo complex to make sure it was at least a little longer than yesterday :) I didn't finish as strong as yesterday, but my average pace was faster, 7:17 vs 7:21.
