This last week or so you've run more frequently. It this by plan or accident? Mighty impressive, especially this 21 miler.

No plan really, just shooting for 50 mpw and getting them in whenever I can. This 20 was a lot tougher than the long runs I was doing prior to Eugene and Boston, but it was a lot more hills too. The tunnel marathon has a 2000 ft. elevation loss so I want to get in lots of downhill training. The only problem with that is getting back home requires going back up every hill I run down :)

Darn that getting back home! You could have your cute wife come and pick you up at the bottom of the hills and drive you back to the top!
