Life is good! Whats your next challenge?

From rAtTLeTrAp on Thu, Aug 16, 2012 at 21:24:30 from 24.19.80.36

Haha, next big challenge? 10 miles.

About 4 hours after this little run my left achilles nearly threw me down the stairs! The first step down felt like a knife in the back of my heel. I've never had a pain that intense just come out of nowhere. It's feeling better today after a couple doses of vitamin I and sleeping with it in a brace. It still hurts to stretch so I'm not even considering running again for at least a couple days. Getting old sucks!

Ouch! Did you just go from injury to 6 miles? You're STILL C-R-A-Z-Y!

I wish you could run more. I need to get some long runs in!

From rAtTLeTrAp on Fri, Aug 17, 2012 at 18:16:03 from 174.239.193.248

@Carl - I'm feeling 100% today. Kym and I rode bikes to Anderson Island and I almost went for a run while she was swimming in the lake. So when is this long run? I'm ready :)
