Is that an 8 min mile??? You okay today Rattletrap?? Oh so good to see! haha!!

I still haven't run a 7 min mile yet! ha! I think you might try to kick me off the blog and start a slow running blog for people like me!

RT - I maybe should try the screw method myself to get better traction. I mostly ran in tire tracks, but my shoes were still covered in snow by the end of only 3 miles.

Steam - If you check out my blog today you won't be so jealous. I almost hit 9 on my first mile today, and didn't have any 7s.

Amy - I had one yesterday too! I blame both of 'em on the snow :)

Scott - Try just one run with screws and you will be sold. Nothing to lose but maybe 5 minutes and $5. When the snow melts take them out and you won't be able to tell they were ever there. Or do it to an old pair of shoes and leave the screws in for next winter.

Your music video is cool....! Those guys/gal are really talanted...and we think running is a talent :-)

Another 10...I'm even more impressed!

Yeah, that video just blew me away when I saw it yesterday. I would trade in my running shoes for some musical talent any day! Todays 10 was tough, almost like running on the beach, only colder.

Oh poo that means my run will be a 12 min mile if you are at 8 haha

Sorry to hear the race is cancelled for tomorrow due to the inclement weather. Stupid inclements!

From rAtTLeTrAp on Fri, Jan 20, 2012 at 22:05:56 from 67.160.56.253

Scott - What do you think foothills trail is going to look like tomorrow? I'm going to go run the track at the Y unless maybe you want to do a long run with me outside. That sounds a lot better than 120 laps :)
