You deserve an IPA for that run.... maybe two!

From rAtTLeTrAp on Fri, Jun 17, 2011 at 16:31:10 from 75.198.61.65

No IPA today. Even better, I'm sitting in the hot tub at the Y right now. There's one spot where I can sit and get a jet on each calf at the same time. Ahhh, Heaven I tell ya.. :)

Can you feel it?

From baldnspicy on Sat, Jun 18, 2011 at 00:43:29 from 72.77.101.46

I wish I was feelin' it! Sounds heavenly. Speaking of heaven, you're getting serious miles in at your unbelievably consistent speedy pace! Some things never change...gotta love that!

BNS - It was awesome except when I got yelled at by the lifeguard for having a cell phone in the hot tub :)

Nice running yesterday, saw you running into Steilacoom, you were very focused! Maybe i will be able to run with you again if this dumb calf ever heals, i can only do an arm bike for so long!

From rAtTLeTrAp on Sat, Jun 18, 2011 at 15:40:08 from 24.22.239.183

Preston - You must have tore it up pretty bad if you're still down. Don't get too carried away with the arm bike. I still think that's how I trashed my shoulder.
