What to go, disciple.

From DLTheo on Wed, May 18, 2011 at 10:58:37 from 155.130.107.20

Way to be tough!

From rAtTLeTrAp on Wed, May 18, 2011 at 11:02:32 from 72.102.148.132

The first step was the hardest today. I ended up finishing with the same avg pace as yesterday and a lower HR. I guess I wasn't as tired as I thought :)

From DLTheo on Wed, May 18, 2011 at 11:04:55 from 155.130.107.20

Nice to have those days! I, on the other hand, had to take a day off yesterday. Legs were too dead to even walk normally.

From rAtTLeTrAp on Wed, May 18, 2011 at 11:11:45 from 72.102.148.132

Take it easy. You have a race in a couple weeks right? Have you signed up for sound to narrows yet?

From Derunzo on Wed, May 18, 2011 at 11:24:15 from 65.220.66.195

(In an English accent).... "Quite often, your runs seem to go to eleven."

From rAtTLeTrAp on Wed, May 18, 2011 at 12:08:19 from 69.96.136.252

10 is just 10, so what do you do when you need that extra push? You go to 11. Exactly! It's one louder!

From Steam8 on Wed, May 18, 2011 at 12:08:56 from 166.70.55.77

Wish I was having one of those days! I want to run! I want to run! I want to run! Glad you had such a good run today!

I can not get the link to work and I am dying to know what excuse #2 is!!!!

Nice job, seriously. You are the most consistent runner I know---weather and pain aside, you just keep trucking along.

From rAtTLeTrAp on Wed, May 18, 2011 at 14:35:11 from 69.96.136.252

Kelli - it's Sasha's top ten list. There's another link for it at the top of everyone's blog.

If you look closer at my mileage history you'll see that I'm a lot more persistent than consistent. Thanks for the props though :)

Every time I want to go for a longer faster pace tempo run, all I have to do is look at your blog for motivation! You are relentless ... nice runs this week!
