Do you EVER run slow? EVER???

From rAtTLeTrAp on Wed, Jan 26, 2011 at 20:20:48 from 72.102.112.79

Kelli - I like to feel like I'm getting somewhere even when I'm running in circles :) 7's really don't feel that hard though, especially the week following a race. Maybe I should be racing faster? Should I try to match my 10k pace on the 15k next month? That's a pretty lofty goal. 6:24 would put me under an hour... hmmm...

I am thinking YES. You could do it. 7's do not feel hard? REALLY? They always feel hard to me. I must be w big wimp. ;o)

April - It is fun! I have been looking forward to my runs lately. There is a lot of action in the Old Testament.

allie - Thanks. You should know fast. I'll take your word for it! I think I'll finish Revelation before Boston if I keep at it.

Kelli - As soon as I wrote that I said to myself "self, what the heck are you thinking? 6:26 is fast and 15k is over 9 miles!" I may have to re-evaluate that goal.

From rAtTLeTrAp on Thu, Jan 27, 2011 at 00:15:33 from 76.121.76.165

Kelli - and you are NOT a wimp! I wish I was half as tough as you are!

From Kelli on Thu, Jan 27, 2011 at 10:05:10 from 71.219.84.215

I have wimpy toenails.

Honestly, I think you could do it. GO FOR IT and reevaluate in the middle if you have to.
