I finally was able to get a run in this week only the second one for the week but I got her done! I ran out to Gu and then back to the house, pace was pretty slow but thats okay where I haven't really run this week. I just wanted to get out and loosen up the old legs, my goal is to get going again next week and try and rededicate myself... I have been pretty lazy as of late and I need to go in a better direction, goal one get my butt out of bed and get my run done, everything else flows from there. It seems like a simple solution if I can only apply it! Average pace was 8:52 with a total time of 1:12:10, legs were tired at times and I had another VPB, the last two long runs I have had the same problems.
