I ran 5.10 miles on the elliptical in 50 minutes I then did my upper body weight training and some push-ups, after that I ran 1.15 miles on the treadmill in 10 minutes to round out the 60 minutes. No way was I going outside when it is single digits, no way! it was a pretty good workout and I'm glad I did it!

See ya tomorrow.

I got home after work and the temps were very tolerable so I put on my gear and away I went, I ran out past Mini Gu and then back to the house via canal road. I ran into simmbad and we chatted for a brief moment and then we both headed for the barn as the sun was going down. I have to convince my self that even though its a little cold its okay to go out if I'm bundled up right, it really wasn't that bad. I finished up with my upper body weight training and then some push-ups.  My average pace was pretty good today at 8:27 with a total time of 52:51, that is a lot better pace for me and I felt stronger towards the end which is a change. I hope that I am finally coming around.

See ya tomorrow.

I was able to get out a little early in the afternoon and it was a super nice day! Its sick that I'm saying that but at 20 degrees it felt like summer was back, you have to love winters in the great state of Utah! I ran some hills today and wasn't to sure what to expect but I headed out to Mt loafer school via Canal road and then up Loafer canyon road, up to the Mailboxes and then over to the top of Harrys Hill and then home via canal road. This is a pretty tough little hill run cuz you have both up and down hill and it can work you pretty good, I had 2 miles in the MP range and they were 7:32, mostly downhill and then the next one at 7:55, this one was mostly flat and I didn't feel like I was working hard at all. My total time was 59:38 and my average pace was 8:24, this was a very good run for me, anytime I can run this route under 60 minutes I have had a good run, I really didn't have any leg fatigue at all so that was a really good sign.  So kind of a runners high right now and I haven't had one of those for awhile, and I almost didn't run today so I am glad that I did! I finished up with some very, very, light lower body weight training.

See ya tomorrow.

I slept in but my wife told me to go and run cuz she knew that I would regret it later on so I got my gear on and headed out. I ran out past GU and then down into the riverbottoms to my 5 mile mark and then I turned and headed back the same way, all via canal road. My pace was steady at 8:27 with a total time of 1:25:24, I felt pretty darn good for most of the run excpet for the last mile I started to feel it a little but thats a good feeling! My wife was right, I am glad that I went cuz it was a real positive run. 3 good runs in a row, whats a guy to do!

See ya Monday.
