I ran my usual Monday route, out to the old barn and then into Payson just a little out and back run... My average pace was 9:09 with my total time at 47:54, heart rate average was at 144, just nice and easy this morning. My foot is feeling pretty good, its still there but nothing like it was and it seems to be getting better, knock on wood, I did wrench out my back last Friday shoveling snow so that is a little bit of a problem, but it seems to mending too. No strength training this morning as I am running late and I got a late start, so I will try and do that later this evening, off to work. Another short week, I could get use to this although it will be nice to get back into a routine with the kids, they think they should be able to stay up until all hours of the night, I don't think so!

See ya tomorrow

I ran out to mini GU corner this morning, and I did not want to get out of bed this morning!!! My alarm went off at 6 am and then I rolled out of bed around 6:30, I just can't seem to get going in the mornings as of late! Oh well, I think its the time of year...My average pace was 8:49 and on miles 3 and 5 I did some strides towards the end of the mile the mile pace for those miles were 8:30 pace. Total time today was 53:31 and my heart rate average was 143, my foot felt okay for the most part, but still not 100%. I would like to get my HMP back to where it was before I got injured but it has been slow going, I know I'm capable of between a 7:15 and 7:30 pace but I just can't seem to get back there... I guess I will just have to be patient, and take it as it comes. No strength training again this morning I have ran out of time and I need to get to work, I need to start getting up when my alarm goes off. "lazy Butt"!!!

See ya tomorrow.

I didn't run this morning so I ran when I got home from work. I decided to do some hills so I headed up Loafer to the stop sign and then I ran up to the woodland hills mail boxes. I then headed down Woodland Hills road to Salem canal road and then back home... I picked up the pace when I was running down Woodland Hills road (7:30 Pace) and then my last mile was a quicker pace at 7:39 and then I cooled down for .73. My average pace was 8:26 with my heart rate average at 155, total time was 48:15... My foor felt pretty good for the most part, I iced it when I got home. I'm pretty happy about this workout and I hope I didn't over do it, I guess I will see tomorrow!

See ya tomorrow.
