Today's plan was to go liter so I've been running 6's so I decided run half of that so I did. I ran out past the old barn towards Payson in the nice overcast and rain. My legs were really tired so I just went with it and took it nice and easy. My average pace was 9:30 with a total time of 31:15, I know it's about a minute off my normal training pace but I'm happy to just be out. I know when I get my hernia done I'll be out a while, at least a month, so I need to try and do what I can until then. It's been a good week.

See ya tomorrow.

Yeah solid week for sure. What day is your surgery? Good luck with it!

Clyde- Not sure yet on the surgery date. I go to the surgeon on Tuesday and then we will look for a date, probably in a couple of weeks. I'm a little nervous about it, in my 50 years of life I've never had any surgery, so I'm not sure what to expect.
