My foot felt pretty good today so I went for a little 2 mile run, out to the old barn and back for a total of 2.10 my pace was slow and easy (9:10 average) for a total time of 18:58... After that I jumped on the elliptical for 10 minutes, my foot kind of bothered me a bit on that but it wasn't to bad. After that I did my upper body strength training and then some push-ups, I then finished up with some stretching. My foot seemed to do alright running wise, I'm mean it was still a little bit painful but it seems to be improving, I see the PT tomorrow for some more therapy and the good old astym scrapping, not fun! Later.
