My stomach felt a little better this morning but my old legs did not! I ran the Payson park loop again but I cut out the rollers, I didn't extend down into the park. My average pace was way slow again at 8:48 and my total time was 54:44, it was really hard on the way back my legs were just way dead, it was a death march. After the run I did my upper body weight training, but I kept it pretty light just one set of each exercise. See ya tomorrow.
