I ran the pretty little hill loop this morning, leg seemed okay once I was able to get loosened up but my legs overall just feel like crap, no zip at all and like today I couldn't have gone any farther than I did cuz they just get really tired... My pace was way, way slow at 9:26 with a total time of 49:37, I just don't know what to think. I know I missed some time running but I shouldn't be feeling like this, oh well I will just keep at it and hope for the best.
