I ran out towards payson via canal road this morning, my legs wouldn't go again and they feel like heavy concrete logs. Pace was way slow again at 9:21 with a total time of 48:13, after the run I did my upper body weight training and some push-ups and then I jumped on the elliptical for 20 minutes to finish up. It was a good workout and a good start to the week.
