I ran out towards Payson this morning, legs are still way tired from the half a week ago, pretty frustrating... Hopefully they will recover over the weekend. I will run again tomorrow but it will depend on the legs on how far I will go, it was sure another beautiful morning. It doesn't get any better than this, average pace was 8:46 with a total time of 35:44.
