I decided to start really training again which means getting up at 6am and getting after it so today was the day. When I woke up I felt like I was going to throw-up, but I went ahead and drank some Gatorade and it seemed to settle my stomach some. I headed out the door and I knew right off the bat that I wasn't feeling good, my stomach just was way upset and my legs had nothing in them so I must have a touch of something... I ran the Payson Park loop and the I extended down into the park, my average pace was 8:56 with a total time of 1:04:13, last week I ran this same route and did it under an hour so you can see I was really struggling and not feeling well with the way slow pace. I finished up with some upper body weight training and then some push-ups, I'm glad I stuck with it and got through it because I am not feeling good at all, just real weak. See ya tomorrow.
