Early Afternoon run via canal road and then out to Pretty little hill and then out towards mini GU corner and then back to the house. I kept the pace as easy as possible, average was 8:32 with my total time at 55:33 and my HR average was 145. I felt okay but my left calf and then down towards the ankle was a little sore, its been that way the last couple of runs so I might need to watch that. Now its off to My daughter Abby's region drill competition, should be a real blast!!! No strength training this week I will resume next week and hopefully I can start getting my butt out of bed so I can get it done before work.

see ya tomorrow.

Clay, a little soreness after the half? No lazy butt for you, I am sure you will be back after it.

STay Kool, B of bS rools out

Clay, do you know we have been blogging each other for almost 4 years and never met at a race?

Brent- No soreness from the half but the cold I have been fighting is getting the best of me this week, its been pretty tough to get out but such is the life of a runner! I'm doing the spectrum 10K in March, and maybe the Utah Valley half in June so if your doing any of those maybe we can finally meet. Whats your Next race?
