I ran out to the Big Old Blue mailbox on canal road and then back to the house, I pretty much felt like crap but I was able to get her done! It was a little raining but not to bad, My pace was way slow again at 9:27 with a total time of 44:35, I'm not real sure why I am so slow as of late, about a minute slower per mile which is really weird... Oh well, such is life right? I mean, I gues it will eventually come back, At least i hope so.
