I ran out towards mini GU corner but stopped a half of a mile short, my legs were very, very, heavy!!! I am very frustrated! My hip was sore as well which is kind of weird because it hasn't been this bad for a while. I quit taking the Advil cause I thought it was getting better but maybe it was just masking the pain, so needless to say I am back on the Advil! I ran into Michelle and I think Josse, they were doing mile repeats and they were kind enough to ask me if I wanted to join them, but I just laughed.... I wish I was feeling better and I would have said yes, but I am on easy street until the marathon so I have to stick to my plan:-) Well thats about it I hope my legs feel better tomorrow and they have some of their zip back, if they don't I might have to run up Loafer just to get them moving again!

Average pace was 9:33, heart rate at 131, so very easy.

Clay, I just went through the same thing as you with going off the anti inflammatories and no I am back on them. I am just going to keep taking them right through the marathon regardless of how I am feeling. It seems like I have been having some extra pains here and there as well, I think it is all part of the taper. You will feel better come marathon time, just take it easy and be smart.
