Well I tried some running this morning on the treadmill and I was really surprised by everything, I ran 2.20 miles in 19 minutes and i had a couple of quarter mile repeats at an 8 minute pace in the middle of the run.. My calf seemed to do pretty good and there was hardly any pain at all, I'm not sure what that means but I will try it out on the road tomorrow and see how it goes. I did still have some pain in my abdominal area but it seemed to get better the farther I went so that is a positive as well, I will try running 3 miles tomorrow and see how I do and if theres no pain then I will increase a little each day until the end of the week and then see where I'm at. If I can go this whole week with no pain and if I could get a couple of long runs in before Marathon then I might give it a try. I figure if I can get in a 15 miler and then an 18 miler in consecutive weeks then it could be doable. I don't want to get a head of myself though cuz then I'll just be disappointed again and i don't want to go through that.
