I ran out towards Mini Gu corner and then I ran into my Brother(SimmBad) and so I hooked up with him and we headed up over Harry's and down past the stake center and then back out to Osborn's and then up around the Golf Course. We average around a 9:30 pace, so nice and easy but then the last 4 miles I ran sub 8:30 miles back to Salem and I felt pretty good, its not blazing speed but considering how tired my legs were I think they handled it pretty well. I usually average between a 8:30 and 8:45 on these longer runs but I wanted to run with my brother so we kept the pace easier, which was fine with me. My average pace ended up being 9:15 with my HR average at 135, total time was 2:49:08, so just a nice easy long run;-) I just am trying to get healthy and not get any other injuries before the marathon so those long runs will be at an easy pace...

See ya on Monday.
