I ran out towards Mini GU and then back to the house, I then ran Ethan to Cross country and then came home and tacked on a couple of more miles out to the old barn and back. The Calf seemed to do pretty good and it seemed to do better the further that I ran, but I know I need to play it safe and not over do it. I will see how it feels in the morning and then go from there, hopefully I will be able to run the same tomorrow! After the run i did my upper body weight training and then some push-ups, my average pace was 8:39 with my total time at 1:03:09. See ya tomorrow.
