I ran out to Mini Gu and then back to the house the old legs felt a lot better this morning and the pace was a little more up beat. My average pace was at 8:15 with one of the miles MP(7:52) and my total time was at 50:39. I felt pretty good and I am hoping that I can get a full week of training in next week and start getting ready for SG. After the run I did my upper body weight training and then some push-ups, the plan for tomorrow is to go 10 plus miles and see how I do, hopefully good. I have a 3 day golf tournament starting today and I am not prepared at all for it, I just haven't played at all this year but I have played in this same event for 20 plus years so I am just going to go and have some fun and just enjoy the day's. I hope I can keep the score respectable, but if not then that's okay too. See ya tomorrow
