I ran out to Mini Gu via canal road, pace was steady but nothing to serious I missed yesterday because of graduation for my stepson so I couldn't run in the afternoon and I didn't run in the morning because I woke up with a migraine and it just wasn't happening if you know what I mean. My average pace was 8:24 with a total time of 51:02, after the run I did my lower body weight training, just the usual, lite day tomorrow.
