I ran after work today, I didn't want to fight the rain this morning so I waited. This is a cut back week for me so I'll be doing 4 to 5 miles a day, I want to keep my mileage around 30 miles this week. My average pace was 8:25, I don't have my watch but I think it was around 39:46 minutes. I finished up with my upper body weight training and then some push-ups. See ya tomorrow.
