I ran out to Payson and back via canal road, tried to pick up the pace and I got a side ache again and had to slow back down, all I can say is what the crap!!! I have never had this problem before, its frustrating! After I got to my turn around I rested for a minute and headed for home and on the last mile I picked up the pace to MP and the side ache stayed away for the most part, but I was on the flat so I don't know if that counts or not but the pace was 7:30 which is right where I want to be... My average pace was 8:20 with my heart rate average at 143, total time was 43:05 other than the side ache it was a pretty good run considering how dead my legs have been from the race, so thats a good thing;-)

My son Ethan's soccer team lost last night so accelerated soccer is done for spring, they played a great game and it was intense and they left it all out on the field, I'm very proud of him!!! Now its on to baseball!

See ya tomorrow.

Clay I think that a lot of my stomach problems come from milk or dairy based products. I try not to eat a lot of it the week of a race or if I know that I will be doing speed work? Just a thought? Good job today! My son is trying out for the Salem Shooters on Saturday...I hope that he makes it?

That is weird cause I don't drink alot of dairy, I eat alot of crap though!

Good luck with tryouts.
