I ran the same route today as yesterday, I felt awful this morning too... I have picked up a bug of some kind since coming down to Arizona, I can't tell if its just allergies or something else but it was a low energy run for sure. My average pace was way slow at 9:18 with a total time of 30:09, I had a hard time getting through it but I made it. I'm not sure if I will run tomorrow or not. I will have to see how I'm feeling.
