Another morning run, I ran out towards Payson via canal road and just kept the pace steady and comfortable and enjoyed the beautiful morning. I just love this time of year when everything starts to melt and it starts warming up, it does the mind and body good! my average pace today was 8:25 with a total time of 35:19. My son Ethan is starting his first JV game today in soccer, I am so darn proud of him! Such a great kid!
