Early afternoon run today, I ran in shorts and a long sleeve it felt great! I ran out to the base of Harry's Hill and then back to the house, average pace was slow at 9:00 with a total time of 40:53. My legs felt like lead today and my back was a little stiff so my motion was a little strained at times but I was glad that I was able to get a run in. I finished up with some lower body weight training, squats, one legged squats and leg presses double and single leg, and then some push-ups. It was a good day. See ya tomorrow.
