I ran a mid afternoon run today, 3.45 miles in 31 minutes and then I jumped on the elliptcal for 33 minutes; 10 minutes warm-up and then I did the fast track on the program for 20 minutes and it kicked my butt!!! I finished with some stretching and some push-ups. My hip did okay running, it hurt a little but it was tolerable, it felt better once I finished the elliptical. See ya tomorrow.
