My legs were kind of tired this morning, also my hip was a little sore but it seemed to loosen up about 2 miles into the run and then by the end it was tolerable:-) I was hoping to be pain free and totally healed by the end of the month but it doesn't look like that will be the case, I am still fighting this thing... Its tolerable but it is always there reminding me that I need to be careful. I ran out towards Payson Park but stopped about a half of a mile short, I hope to go all the way to the park on next Monday which brings in the nice rolling hills. My average pace was 9:12 with my heart rate average at 138, total time was 56:22. So I took it pretty slow and didn't try to push it as my hip was sore and my legs just weren't into it this morning! After the run I finished up with some upper body weight training, 2 sets of each exercise with at least 12 reps in each set, with low weight.

That's about it for today, see ya tomorrow.

So are you still in the mix to run SGM? Sounds like you are getting back into some really good training.

I think so Jeff, I don't know how fast I will run it but as of today I am planning on running SG. My hip is still giving me problems but it seems to loosen up about 2 miles into each run and then its tolerable from there on out, so we shall see.
