I did  my workout at around 8:00pm tonight, my hip is sore and now my right knee is tight I feel like I'm falling apart!!! With that said I took it pretty easy just doing 40 minutes on the elliptical and then I did some core training to finish up, pretty discouraged at this point and I am contemplating taking some time off to see if I can get all this stuff to heal up! I have the spectrum 10K next month, which is my first race in the runners series, so I don't know what to do... Is it asking to much to be healthy so that I reach my goals, I know there are people on this blog that have it alot worse than I do so I don't mean to complain, but I have been fighting injuries since June of last year and I have been limping along ever since! Okay, I'm done complaining I just needed to vent.

See ya later, hopefully tomorrow!

Geeez Clay you have been having a heck of a time lately with all your injuries that never seem to go away. Maybe you do need some extended time off to get that hip felling better. I wish I had an answer for you but I am always on the verge of another injury myself. I hope you start to feel better soon and that you can find something that works for you.
